E1Page: After changes the E1Page looks different however preview looked correct

E1 9.2.6.4

I made changes to an E1Page (UBE Object Call). I generated the E1Page using E1 Generator V 5.08.

now after I upload the page using E1Page Manager the page looked different.

however, if I see the "View Content" Option on E1Page Manger the E1Page looks correct. I have compared HTML, and CSS files all are the same (except the program name that I changed). Please refer to the attached document for differences.

Any help will be appreciated.
