Issue extending QuickShip Page in Telnet i.e. shipmethod LOV says no results found

We are trying to extend the quickship page in telnet and we are facing the below error


We have extended the TELNET page using the attached 2 files, But the Shipmethod LOV says no results found and the page is not moving forward.

We need help in knowing if we need special attention to shipmethod LOV in our extended page?

Below are the source class files of the page we are trying to extend

Page:

Function:
