Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Product Id required to send the STP2 output file to ATO.

We are going to send STP2 output file from Oracle to ATO through the clearinghouse Westpac.

Currently following details are configured at Oracle side.

From clearing house Westpac we came to know following information are kept for our customer.

Westpac is saying the Product ID is not compatible. Can you please confirm if that Product Id is correct or not.

We received the Oracle Product ID as 652743 from Oracle SR Team.

I have shared the same with the customer.

They are telling the product ID you have provided is the Oracle live product identifier (6 digits) the product ID for the EVTE should be (5 digits).
