For anyone that has implemented gender identity in HCM, or is thinking about doing so have a few questions on your implementation.

Specifically, did you add or remove any of the delivered options?

Regarding sexual orientation section, are you collecting that data as well? If not, did you make a customization to remove that piece from self service?
