Accessibility Layout in My Preferences

We had a few employees who went to My Preferences and turned ON the Accessibility Layout with value 'Screen reader mode on' . We found an issue because the employee could not longer access paystubs in ESS. A pop-up message would appear. Then clicking on OK the system would just spin forever and never load the paystub. We also found a case when an employee was in Open Enrollment and could not see the enrollment selection.

Anyone have information on this? It seems ashamed that this feature cannot be used.
