Is there a way to segregate an order creation in Order management to two different Organizations

We have a couple internal Organizations that provide goods to our internal customers. At times when a user enters a requisition in Iprocurement and it includes items from both the Internal Organizations it causes issues when the Internal order is created.

Is there a way to segregate so that if the req includes a multiple of items from different internal sources they will create to the respective Org.
