Check not printing MICR or signature

I have a user who is able to print paychecks in HCM, except the bottom secure signature is not present and MICR line is not formatted into the MICR font. This person has identical network and PeopleSoft access to two other people who ARE able to print checks with the signature and MICR. I am trying to think of any kind of security or setup issue that might be causing this user to print checks that are unusable because if the signature and MICR. I have also entertained the notion of there being a print setup not picking up encoded
