CPIC FastTrack BY25 - Release 2

This package includes:

• Updated validation categories. Validations have been separated into submission validations (data checks that will prevent a successful submission) and data quality validations (data checks that will not prevent a successful submission but will be returned with IT Collet’s Data Quality Report (DQR) ). The What’s New document outlines each validation in detail. 

There are a couple of validations in the DQR I haven’t figured out how best to track in OPPM. They are as follows:

• The sum of Projected Total Costs for projects doesn’t exceed the Investment’s total costs
• Investments that have been eliminated but not retired (see my attached email from April 3rd with a summary of when to retire Investments).
