Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. hello all,

during upgrade process from 11.2.0.4 to 19.3.0.0 database on Windows, i encounter the error below;

ERROR UPG-1316 on windows min_archive_dest-size

autoupgrade scrath during checking.

any help please
