Turning Off Benefits Administration
We have been using Benefits Administration since our go live in 2016, but we are getting a new third party benefit administrator where elections will be made in their system and then an inbound file will be sent to us to update our base benefit tables. We will still be processing the payroll and taking deductions, but no election entry will be made in our system.
Has anyone else had experience with turning off benefits administration after go-live? If so, any suggestions on what to do/not do? Any lessons learned? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
