Can a power user have access to run batch jobs in FCCS data management?

Use Case:

Presently, ‘Batch Execution’ functionality is available in FCCS data management which allows a person to initiate data integration job for more than one source in a single click. This functionality can be accessed via a Service Admin role.

Business Need: 

Business is keen to understand if this functionality can be used by a Power User. This is required to increase the scope of utilizing this functionality amongst various range of people (Service Admin and power users)

Concern/ Issue:

Currently, a power user has to run each data integration separately because he is not able to access the batch execution function.
