Lease Mgmt Flow for Equipment Manufacturer Rentals + Usage Billing

Hi all,

I am analyzing the requirement from an Equipment Manufacturer who wishes to implement "Anything-as-a-service" style solution. They already have E-Business Suite 12.2.10 implemented for much of the company, now they are starting an operation to manufacture certain assets with IoT Sensor Embedded capabilities, they are going to rent those assets to customers and collect sensor readings every month, so there will be rent charges (fixed amt) and subscription charges (usage based). I understand that Service Contracts/Install Base combo can cover part of this scenario , but since the equipment is an asset for the company, i believe we should also
