Manager is unable to open PeopleSoft ePerformance document in current documents

PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 PUM 45 PeopleTools 8.59

Module: ePerformance management - classic version

The manager is unable to open their employees 90-Day Evaluation ePerformance documents from Manager Self Service current document list. The system just stays on the current document list page. We have tried the following:

• Checked managers security - has same role and permission lists as other managers
• Cleared cache on the browser
• Tried on a different browser with same result

I checked MOS and did not find this issue. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much
