Timezone Management CST vs CDT in Mexico org

Hello,

We are a global company on EBS 12.2.8. Our primary org is located in Chicago and we run our unconstrained ASCP plan out of that org. However, we have a secondary manufacturing facility located in Mexico. Last year, Mexico abolished daylight savings time. This now means that currently our Chicago org is on CDT while our Mexico org is on CST. Is there a way to change our Mexico org's time zone to be CST? They will no longer be changing while the Chicago org is still changing twice a year.

If this is not the correct forum, please move as needed. I chose inventory since that's where organization setup is located.
