Defined Contribution Pension Setup -based on flat dollar amount/hrs. worked

What is the best Plan Type to setup a Defined Contribution Pension Plan in PS for a few individual union groups where they receive employer paid flat dollar amounts for each hour they work? [One group receives .90c/hr worked and another group receives 3.30/hr worked.]

Currently we have our 401a, 403b and 457 (4x) Savings Plans setup to contribute on percentage of earnings each pay period but we haven't figured out yet how to setup a flat dollar contribution based on hours worked.

Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

We're on PS HCM 9.2 PUM 42 PeopleTools 8.58.22.
