JD Edwards 9.2.7.3

Problem executing function [F4311FSBeginDoc] lib [CDIST] GetProcAddress failed. Please see Enterprise Server log for details. Business function cannot be found user.

The following F4311FSBeginDoc which is a data structure is throwing a application header failure when creating a purchase order in p4310, how do i solve this issue.
