Retrieve Bank Account Statement Files from Bank in R12

Oracle Document ID 1234823.1 mention that the Automatic Bank Transmission Feature (including the Retrieve Bank Statement Program) are obsolete beginning in R12 but I cannot find a document that explains how to use the replaced Payment System Setups on the Payment Process Profile windows in R12 to Retrieve Bank Statement files from a bank.

Would appreciate if someone explain how or provide a document relevant to Setting up Oracle EBS for Retrieve Bank Statement Files from Bank.
