Real Time Forecasting Delivered with PUM 43

Hello Everyone, Jill from Global Support here.

I am providing some information on the Real Time Forecasting we delivered with PUM 43.

RTF was delivered after long having been a desired enhancement. RTF will consider how a new absence request may impact the eligibility of any existing future-dated requests, and will display a message if that occurs.

NOTE: Real Time Forecasting is invoked only for "today" or later. This functionality was not intended to work with retroactive events.

The following screen shots display the difference in behavior between a current and retroactive event. This employee has an 80 hour (total) entitlement and also has a future dated request for 56 hours absence. "Today" he requests 32 hours and forecasts:
