MSTeams test endpoint doesn't seem to work

Hello team,

Regarding the upcoming MSTeams certificate change, we applied the following Oracle guidelines :

Though, it seems that the MSTeams test endpoint (sip.mspki.pstnhub.microsoft.com) doesn't work ; Looking at traces, we can see that the SBC sends Client Hello, but we never receive Server Hello. (Checked on firewalls, no traffic is blocked, and we can see this at several customers)

Was anyone able to make this endpoint work ?
