MGA allocated (under PGA) in 19.15 usage is very high PGA_MEM_ALLOC is 13GB where as MGA is 25 GB

Oracle RAC 19.15

On DR usage of PGA is very high compared to PR server on checking PGA stats it is observed MGA allocated(under PGA) is highly consumed which is 25 gb on DR and 3 gb on PR, pga_aggregate_limit is set to 156 gb

I want to understand why such difference and on both PR and DR sessions are same.

How can we reduce the MGA consumption
