SWICatalogAdmin not found in 21.6

Hi All,

I am able to create products using SWI Product Import service through REST calls. Same way I would to use the service "...\SWICatalogAdmin" for Catalogue and Category association for the prpducts.

We are using Siebel 21.6.0.0 SIA but I cant find related BS and IOs in the tools. Can you please suggest if we can get a package for 21.6 to import related objects for this service or please suggest if I any other service available to associate catalogue and category for a product through REST APIs.
