Not able to select values from DBMS_RANDOM package in ExaCC

The Oracle database version is "Oracle Database 19c EE Extreme Perf Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production Version 19.17.0.0.0" on Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer .

My question is when i'm executing the below query, i'm getting error...

select DBMS_RANDOM.value from dual;


ORA-00904: "DBMS_RANDOM"."VALUE": invalid identifier

00904. 00000 - "%s: invalid identifier"
