Recently filled saved data on the jde application forms doesn't work anymore

Hi Everyone,

Usually recently filled data on any fields would auto populate next time under the field as shown below. But lately for few users, this is not working. Not sure where the issue exist. It happens on all the browsers. Mainly using Edge.

Could someone give me a lead where this setting is being controlled and how to restore this setting?
