Unable to utilize Form Extensions & Grid Formats for P4101Z1.

We created Form Extensions & Grid Formats for P4101Z1 in DV. After creating the Form Extensions & Grid Formats, we put them in an OMW Project to get the changes promoted to other environments, which we haven't done yet. However, we're now unable to view the Form Extensions & Grid Formats for P4101Z1 in DV. What is the way to view the Form Extensions & Grid Formats created for P4101Z1 in all environments?
