When/will Oracle RAC 19c be supported on RHEL 9?

I am trying to determine if Oracle plans to certify Oracle 19c (latest RU 19.19 or previous) on RHEL 9 and if so when. I have a customer who wants to baseline on RHEL 9 and need to determine mitigation or work around options. Not sure why this isn't available somewhere. If it will be available, will ASMLib still be supported or must we transition to AFD?
