Does anyone know of a workaround if BIK elements weren't end dated on 5th April?

Oracle EBS 12.2 RUP16.

We have overlooked end dating our custom BIK elements so our employee BIK statements are reporting the wrong the inception to date balance (ITD).

Oracle support haven't been able to help as they've said the statement must use the ITD balance rather than the YTD balance because the details are reported element wise. The ITD balance only gets reset when the element is end dated.

In a test instance we've tried end dating the elements on the correct dates and then running retropay to process the new entries but it hasn't produced the results we need.

If this has happened in your business or for a client we'd appreciate it if you could share how you worked around it to produce the employee BIK statements with the right values.
