How should we be adjusting statutory payments for previous tax year?
Oracle Payroll v12.2
We've paid statutory payments to a colleague in the last tax year that it turns out shouldn't have been paid. The adjustment has been done in Oracle but the corrections have been processed in the current tax year.
It's not something we've had to do before so we're unsure how we should be making the adjustment to ensure the run results, costing, current tax year FPS and EPS, and last tax year FPS and EPS, are correct.
