Is it possible to push ORCE promos from one cloud instance to other cloud instance?

Hi All

Product: Oracle retails Customer engagement cloud version v19.10

We are trying to achieve below scenario but unable to find any information related to this.

We have two ORCE cloud instances. One is stage instance and other one is for production.

Goal is any new promos will be tested in the test environment, and once those are tested, we are looking for an option to push those tested promos to the production instance in order to avoid user errors/reduce the workload of re-creating the same promos on the production instance.

Are there any ways to push stage instances promos to production instance without creating them manually on production instance.
