Running P6 Sample report: "Errors have been encountered while running the report."

I'm running the following with the latest patches:

P6 EPPM 22.12.5.0

OAS 2023

Windows Server 2016


In P6 when I go to run the P6 Sample Report under Administration called "Users", after putting in the email address an clicking Send, I get the following error:

"Errors have been encountered while running the report. To resolve, contact your administrator."

If I choose the File option, it runs and I can download it fine. It just seems to be email.

I can't seem to find any more detail to help troubleshoot the issue though.
