Email Response Groups have the Input Parameter Catalog Name and Value as AutoCatalog
Hi All,
When I click on Reply/Reply To All to the email - inbound Activity Communication Screen. the Categories I was able to see are SIEBEL out of the box categories added under 'ADM Test' Catalog. But when another user is trying to click on Reply/Reply To All to the email - inbound same Activity Communication Screen. User is able to other Categories created under the 'Business Support' Catalog. I have verified that both Catalog were not assigned to any Access Groups.I have verified Most of the Email Response Groups have the Input Parameter 'Catalog Name' and Value as 'AutoCatalog'.
