R12800 Post GL Entry to Fixed Asset not posting to F1202 for CHCD = 7

Currently on 9.2.

When P12105 was auto posting, the Gain/Loss entry with CHCD = 7 was writing to the Asset Balance file F1202.

We have applied ESU JN20337 and do not allow P12105 to auto post - so we are running R09801 then R12800. However R12800 is kicking out the Gain/Loss entry with CHCD = 7 and not writing them to Asset Balance file F1202. Gain/Loss Accout is setup as a FX AAI

We cannot allow P12105 to auto post because it will not create intercompany entries and it will create Account Balance (F0902) with incorrect GBCO.

Is there a bug with R12800 not writing CHCD = 7, 8 & 9 to Asset Balance file F1202?
