How to Set up pay type with an effective date and 6-Moths of Service requirement?

My client is offering up to 6 weeks of paid leave at 100% of base pay. The leave will be allowed to be taken in up to two increments and must be taken in the first 12 months of the qualifying event. Employees must be employed for a continuous 6-month period to being eligible.

 I have setup the pay type. I need help setting up the 6 months requirement before can become eligible in JDE. 

I will appreciate any detailed guided help!
