Discrepancy in Data Submission Time in Smart View

On the same form in Smart View, it takes some of our users 20sec to submit data successfully while it takes other users 70sec to submit the same lines of data, causing at least 40sec variance in data submission time. Any insights on what could cause such a discrepancy and how we can further trim down data submission time? For testing purposes, we ensured the following:

1- All users close other active Smart View worksheets/workbooks

2- All users have their timeout settings updated

3- No business rules are enabled on the form (Smart Push to ASO cube is enabled)
