Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. AR-9.2 ; TR- 9.2.5.6

Query - What is the best rule for applying the security on an Object ......One should go straight away with ROLE based or one should with USER id.

Suggestion for my query needs some explanation with example.

After this i will put my thoughts and concerns on this.
