April 23 patch update 19.19 on 19.16

Dear Team,

We are planning to apply April 23 Database Release Update 19.19.0.0.230418 on our DB server whose current details are as follows

OPatch version  : 12.2.0.1.32

OUI version    : 12.2.0.7.0

ARU platform description:: Linux x86-64

Unique Patch ID: 24865470

Patch description: "Database Release Update : 19.16.0.0.220719 (34133642)"

However, got confused with following statement:

No additional RURs will be delivered on any platform after the delivery of Oracle Database 19c RUR 19.16.2 in January, 2023. All customers should instead simply use the latest, recommended 19c Release Update, such as 19.17.0, 19.18.0, or 19.19.0, etc.

Is it fine to run patchset Database Release Update 19.19.0.0.230418 - Patch 35042068 directly on current Database Release Update : 19.16.0.0.220719 (34133642)

Kindly confirm.
