Where can we track professional Licenses & Certificates?

We are looking to track employee's professional licenses and certificates. Where can it be set up? How can admins access it?

When in our DEMO environment we found a License and Certificate tile under Manager Self Service/Employee Snapshot tile. But we cannot find it for our Admins since they will be tracking it.

We are currently on 9.2 PUM44 and Tools 8.59.
