Has anyone used Resize Employee Photos for Upload

We are trying to mass upload photos. I do not understand how to setup the file upload and what to choose for Source Directory and Working Directory.

I read Managing Employee Photos in the Peoplebooks but didn't find anything helpful. If anyone has used this functionality, could you please help me understand how to create the file upload, where to store it so I can identify the source directory and where to point the Working Directory.

We currently do not have employee photos uploaded but are trying to add employee photos to the Company Directory and Org Chart.
