Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle Forms (MOSC)

Running BI Publisher reports from Oracle Forms 12c | Error FRM-41223

Hello,

I am encountering issues while integrating Oracle Forms with BI Publisher. I am receiving the following error messages in that order:

FRM-41223: BI Publisher Integration error
Error: Report object execution failed. (a custom error message, see below)
FRM-40738: Argument 1 to builtin REPORT_OBJECT_STATUS cannot be null
Error: Unable to get the report object status. 100503: non-Oracle exception (a custom error message, see below)

Please find the relevant information about the products and versions below:

Oracle Forms version: (Forms [64 Bit] Version 12.2.1.4.0 )
BI Publisher version: (Oracle Analytics Publisher 12.2.6.4.0)

The issue occurs when I attempt to (execute a trigger that calls the PROCEDURE BIP_REPORT defined below).
