ADOP impact on OEM Blackout

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

After patching our 12.11 environment, in OEM a specific Blackout is setup to blackout the metrics on the Patch Edition, because that edition is down after patching.

When the Blackout is created, the Metrics placed in it are the ones related to the Filesystem which is Patch system now (either fs1 or fs2) ...

... but, it also holds 4 metrics which I don't understand why they are included in that Blackout. Those four are the Root Container database instance, the eBS container instance DB, the Database listener and the Database Oracle Home.

The Blackout is dropped and recreated in each ADOP Cylcle, so it's not just a Blackout with wrong Targets, if it gets created dynamically each time,
