Does Tender Retail's MCM 5 is supported in Eftlink 17.0.2?

Hi,


Eftlink version-17.0.2

Xstore version-17.0.2

We have experienced issue in batch processing while using MCM 5 with new pinpad-lane3000.

We found that it was due to eftlink and tender retail did sent an batch settlement response.

Earlier we used MCM4 with old pinpad -Ingenico iPP320 and we did not experience any issue in payment and batch processing.


We wanted to know if this version of EFtlink (17.0.2) is compatible with MCM5.

If not please suggest higher version of Eftlink which is compatible with it.If higher version of Eftlink is used, does that resolve the batch processing issue?
