Oracle EBS Upgrade from 12.2.11 To 12.2.12

Dear All,

We just completed E-Business Suite upgrade from 12.2.11 To 12.2.12. We are using 19c, release update 18, and OL7.

We used following Documents:

1. Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.12 Readme (Doc ID 2876726.1), Change Log: 2023-03-16.

2. Applying the Latest AD and TXK Release Update Packs to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1617461.1),Change Log: 2023-05-09.

3. Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2: Consolidated List of Oracle Database Patches and Bug Fixes (Doc ID 1594274.1), Change Log: May 2, 2023.

We first took a backup copy from our Production instance and validate this backup then start the upgrade. Although we did this exercise three times on a fresh clone instance from the Production instance, and each time upgrading goes as expected, we faced following issues when we moved to Production:
