Create Asset Depreciation Formula

I am looking to create a new depreciation method for assets via a formula. I have the formula requested, but I do not know how to translate it into the formula using the options given in the Manage Depreciation Methods.

This is the formula (NB)*(DH/365)*(200/(AL/12)/100)

Is anyone able to help me?
