Hello, every one, I'm having this issue：This is a RAC environment，grid is 11.2.0.4.0,and oracle is 10.2.0.5.0, After rebooting node 2，Listening has been initiated on Node 2 VIP and public IP , but via VIP connection prompts TNS-12541,node 2 can connect through PUBLIC IP.

I check two nodes with CRSCTL CHECK CRS, node 1 has CRS-4535 error, others are normal; Node 2 is all normal.

I used ifconfig -a to check and found that both nodes have the VIP of node 2, and the listening of node 1 only runs on the VIP of node 1.
