How to refer a User Field Defined on Country Take [ User Field Tab] of Absence Take in a Formula

Hi

I am defining a new absence take which requires some additional information upon submission. For this purpose I am using a user field from the config fields defined on country take user field setup for the absence take. Its showing up properly on Self Service and other pages when submitting request.

I would like to know how to refer this field in the formula defined for Absence.

PeopleBook only have following :

Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence Management > Country Take > User Fields [Display User Fields Select to have up to four user-defined fields appear on the Request Absence page.]
