Need steps to apply ODA 19.16.0.0.0 Patch:30403673 on RHEL7 x86_64

Product : Oracle Database Appliance Software

Version : Oracle Database Appliance Software (ODA) 19.16.0.0.0

Patch : 30403673

I want to apply 30403673 patch to RHEL7.6 Linux x86-64 platform. I extracted the patch, and I am running "opatch apply" command inside /pkgrepos folder. It gives me below error:


[oracle@qa-rhel76-ora OPatch]$ ./opatch apply ../pkgrepos/

ZOP-51: The patch location is not valid for apply, because it doesn't have correct metadata, or it points to a patch directory.
