Unable to see content under reporting Setting in smartview shared connection

Hi all

we have changed recently our Shared Connection in SV urls from :

http(s)://<server>.<domain>:<port>/workspace/SmartViewProviders

to

http(s)://<serviceURL>/workspace/SmartViewProviders

and now we have this problem where the reporting listing is empty.

I think this could be related, but as we do not have the port for this new configuration, I am wondering if we could use port 80?


Can someone confirm for me that on-premise we need to always display the port as per this doc:
