To disable a pop up in MSS(Manager self service)

Oracle products: HRMS, OTL, OAF

Version: 12.2.6

Pop-up message ‘Clicking Continue confirms you have met with your HRBP before submitting the Job Code Change’ (Manager will get a Pop-Up stating that to continue they have met with their HRBP). This pop-up will show after a manager selects an employee for a Job Change when selecting date change. This dialogue box restricts a smooth workflow. I need to be pointed at right documentation or steps or methods to disable this dialogue box. I tried page personalization still unable to do so.
