Where to find gcstartup.service file on RHEL8 for starting OEM agent at boot time

Red Hat Linux 8.7

System services are managed with systemctl. To start OEM agent at boot time a service file is needed that initiates executing /etc/rc.d/init.d/gcstartup. Does Oracle provide such a file or does the user have to create it on his own?
