Need IP and port to whitelist in the server

Hi,

We have oracle EBS financial and Oracle FCCS cloud. we are using EPM Agent to fetch the data from EBS to FCCS. We have one dedicated SFTP server where we install the EPM Agent for this purpose. However, due to network security we have to connect the internet every 30 minutes. we need FCCS cloud Ip address and port to whitelist the address. otherwise, we have to connect SOPHOS Security portal every 30 minutes to ensure the connectivity.


Please provide the IP address and port or guide us how can we whitelist it.
