Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Leapp upgrade of VMware OL7-OL8 migrated system to OL9 fails

leapp preupgade does not report any inhibitors and leapp upgrade finishes without any issues.

When the system reboots into the newly created initramfs for upgrade, it fails with the error as shown in the screenshot.
